I wanted to show people what a scam that site is, so I regestered one of my pets.  

I am trying to position myself now to use my w2 income to put me in a position to quit in a couple years after i make the right investments and then i can devote 100% of my time to my business.

I consider pyramid/MLM a scam. :)to me scams put you in jail.. 

Putting alleged victims in touch with one another did wonders for those caught up in the Clayton Morris / Morris Invest scam.

I cant tell you how many consultations I've had that have literally saved people from thousands of dollars in mistakes because they were trying to do something impossible that some tik-tok scam spouted off in a 30-second clip.

If you do the math on after-tax cashflow, there is a strong case for leverage.Returns aside, leverage is a deterrent against frivolous lawsuits and title scams.

Most gurus are scams in that they take your money and don't really offer much in return (and as Evan stated, the bigger the guru, the more likely that is).

It doesn't sound so much like a scam to me as marketing gimmick to get business.

I just recently rented out 2 rooms, and I had what seemed like 5-10 people a day reach out, though I will admit some were scams or what seemed to be fake accounts.

Thats when things started feeling scam-ish...
