I think they would also deny any tenant claims if they knew it was a rental.

They couldn't even show the house because the tenant was denying entry.

If a maintenance issue is due to tenant neglect or abuse, they should pay the bill.

What would you do in this case esp if they deny paying for the repair?

A drug conviction can’t be denied unless it’s selling because using can be an addiction and that can be seen as an illness which is protected.

In other words, if there was a broken leg on your property that resulted in $250,000 in medical, lost wages, and pain & suffering, if there was gross negligence on your part, the total judgement could be $1.25 million, and worse, your insurance company could deny it.So what constitutes gross negligence? 

I know that I can not deny an ESA for a tenant, but can I deny their guests from bringing ESA animals when they visit or stay overnight?
