Justin turned down every house I found over & over again until we came across this old, stinky, filthy house that was caving in & vacant for 17+ years.

This is the first time the garage door came for repair in the last five years , I never had a chance to understand all its components, now I have a better understanding :-).The garage seems functional to me but he pointed garage caving in while opening and kept on insisting the door is in very bad shape,and there is a chance for it to fall apartI will try to get a second opinion.
