I could keep a limited amount of money in Baselane accounts, and constantly transfer in and out, but that sort of defeats the purpose.

They usually have the rent amounts listed by bedroom count.

Now it used to be if you got a job with the government and could count on a fat pension then life could be good and with a few rentals excellent.

Personally, I'd prefer getting in with the Boston market over Jersey, and would not count of prices dropping drastically anytime soon.

Truthfully I haven't compiled a list of the list of the number of total units being built for all cities, but when I would see the lists of the top 10 that Jacksonville was on as a percentage, many of the other cities had higher unit counts as well, like Nashville, Phoneix, Austin, etc. 

Then, the home appraised at $205,000 without counting any additional value for the basement space. 

The equity will count towards the down payment once you move into the construction loan.  

We drive two Tesla EVs, so if we count in the $ delta we saved from gas $ to charging at home, our projected ROI on the total system (~$40k post rebate) is about 8 years.

Small unit in small unit count is the most expensive development.  

Don't chase unit counts.
