i was thinking of putting a couple mobile homes on it and renting them out or any other ideas ? 

Im representing a client who is purchasing a mobile home and i asked the selling agent to see title on the manufactured home which is on a rented lot.

As a dedicated and hell of an agent, I find this approach is weighing me down with excessive work.Even as an investor, I struggle to understand their strategy which wasn't disclosed until after the fact (signed rep agreement) three weeks in.

They still close deals, but you have to be dedicated, work through your list, get top qualify skiptracing and keep calling and following up with prospects religiously). 

Personally, I don't use email that much and neither do most people I've encountered in my niche (mobile homes).

Even though I don't have long hour blocks in my day where I can dedicate to REI education or execution, these little efforts each day have taken me further than I was just a few months ago and will continue to take me much farther in my REI journey.
