So far Home Depot, Lowes, Floor and Decor, Lumber Liquidators are holding up strong.

My wife is an amazing decorator and we are toying with the idea of leaving all furniture/ammenities in the house and renting to mid-term renters (people relocating needing a place while they get settled, healthcare providers doing residencies etc..)...I'd really appreciate any feedback from anyone who has experience with this..ideas on advertising, pricing rents, contracts etc....thanks in advanceBrian

I can understand how some kinds of porous decorative tile, perhaps around the fireplace, could be theoretically stained by rabbit urine, but glazed bathroom tile?

At the very least it'd be nice to have a decorative panel that covers the side of the wall cabinet and microwave.

Also definitely Florim USA for tile... or the closeout aisle at Floor and Décor. 

Whether the staging helped or not, it was furniture and decor I bought so I plan to stage all of them no matter the ARV.

There will be a little bit of touch up work needed to cover and repaint nail holes in the walls (she did the place out really nicely but there are a lot of pictures and decor up on the walls)  Other than that there is no damage that I saw when I had to go in a couple of weeks ago to repair a leaky toilet valve.My question is this. 

Adding crisp white towels, a decorative soap dish and small potted plant on a window sill is a expensive way to elevate a bathroom.

I have a functional fireplace that I never use, and I never want to live in a house without a mantle ever again because I have so much fun decorating it, and I love how it makes my living room look.
