I keep hearing they are waiting on concrete block and no one is giving me a good response on estimated delivery date.

I've been so busy these past 6 months that I haven't had time to look back at the site.

I dont know the delivery time on a ADU but I'd assume same with site plans and zoning. but how do you get your money out of that?

Many of the OTAs and lead gen sites, like Furnished Finder, are pushing credit card payments. 99.9% of the time I get a message from FF saying 'your tenant would prefer to pay by credit card so activate Stripe now!' 

Our real goal is to refi the homes before we come close to the due date and pay them off early. 

@Steve Babiak, unless he registered with Pennsylvania as a contractor, he would not show up on there, the company as the OP stated is from NJ where he would be registered. he should be registered in PA if he is doing work there, so i agree, he should have shown up on those sites, i am a contractor in NJ but do not do work in PA, not even my own properties, so i do not show up on those sites.

How many lots in those neighborhoods sold near that date to establish comps?

I can have an agreement where I make payments to my mom starting at a further date and just not put a lien on the house.
