On the other hand,  run away from micro-managers or those that say anything like "I'm the manager and you'll do as I say" - - these will contaminate the spirit of cooperation of your team and only give you more problems.

Sometimes people accidentally buy useless tax liens ( storm water drains, swamp land, highly contaminated sites, etc. )If taxes are from IRS or elsewhere and current owner has no money then they might do a negotiated lien interest release for XX dollars payment.

@AJ ArdA Phase 1 study won't look for things like asbestos or lead paint unless it's specifically requested, these studies are looking specifically for soil and water contamination, issues with the structure are outside the normal scope.

There is no documentation or list of addresses with meth contamination that it appears on, as it was removed after the remediation, which is supposed to give the house a fresh start, at a cost I believe of $18K.
