prop stream? 

Hard to get follow up information, I feel like I'm constantly trying to find out what's up with my tenant and Zeker is just not proactive. 

Since I’ve been syndicating real estate debt and a few equity deals for 25 years, I’ve made it my business to maintain a constant “overview” of the “product” being offered.  

Don't buy anything without a spectacular mountain view, unless it is on a trout stream. 

I am constantly seeing the constant push for baselane.

@Brandon Ortiz: each strategy has its own risks and potential rewards.Owning rentals, you have the constant maintenance and tenant risk associated with owning property.  

Remember, no system is perfect, so avoid the temptation of constantly chasing after the next shiny object.

While the income stream is much slower, the total received is (hopefully) much greater.

This isn't merely about replacing your current income—it's about creating an income stream that sustains your lifestyle indefinitely.

I constantly get in arguments with real estate investors over loan leverage and perceived  risk when I say I will sleep better at night  as the guarantor of a  $6M loan backed by a $10M property in a good location that has high occupancy rates and meets a reasonable debt coverage ratio over the $80K loan backed bv a $100K property in a lower tier neighborhood.
