I looked into Realty Hub and Premier Agent Network, anyone have any experiences, good or bad with these brokerages?

I’m planning a trip to Birmingham in the next week or so to meet with agents, build my network, and hopefully find my first deal.If anyone has experience investing in Birmingham or has recommendations for agents, contractors, or lenders, I’d love to connect!

Airbnb 's app is clunky and more difficult to use than Vrbo's.From my own experience and what I hear from most others you are in the minority with this opinion.

I found that they ended up being great neighbors after a few painful experiences where I had to threaten them to be respectful.

The partners between a realtor like myself (proficient in renovation experience), a general contractor, usually a loan consultant to support the buyer and the lender, (along with a buyer and seller of course) are the parties involved.I come across so many homes perfect for 203k or HomeStyle buyers, on and off-market, it isn't funny.
