When will the next investor meet up be in town?

I'm in the process of transitioning out of Cozy due to the limited functionality and my dissatisfaction with the apartments.com merger.  

Each property is estimated to create about $70,000 of profit over the next 3 years.  

Ideally, the best option from a financial point of view would be to go through a local community bank.

The student understandably expects to get better results through the coaching program than they would get if they were doing it on their own.The frustration usually comes in when the expectations of the coach or the student are not met.I think that there is a place for mentoring and a place for coaching.

Cash out would take me from a 7.25% rate to 8%, which is a few hundred dollars per month, and they will likely make me wait all through March to do the cash out to meet seasoning which is another $2400 interest payment I could avoid if we could refi by the end of this month.
