That's a question for your attorney.Whether to keep or sell is always kind of a funny question on forums like this because it's like asking us if you should get chocolate or vanilla ice cream for dessert.

In the end, you lose a lot of good steak using only one, and it takes much longer to get to the chocolate cake (retirement).

I'm talking hoarders 101, spilled chocolate milk laying on the kitchen floor, cooked mac n cheese, and literally stuff everywhere.
