When you are ahead on a winning streak already, don't leave the table too early, just keep betting it until you lose one hand, then grab the chips and leave the table after you lose that one hand. 

Flooring, counter tops, cabinet doors, hardware, and paint chips and some things I can't even identify.Anyone have some good methods for dealing with this madness?

Make sure the unit does not have any chipped paint if it was built before 1972.

Just make sure every week is a productive one and keep chipping away at it.

Do they try to bring in drinks and chips like they're going to watch a movie?

The previous owner of our property let him put it there, and it has since fallen into disrepair - paint is all faded and chipped, business name and non-current phone number are barely legible.

Both times I also chipped the bone.I think that there are better tools than table saws. 

Their scale will be less likely to overwhelm the area and they are about as blue chip as you can get.
