I've read books and listened to the pod cast quite a bit, so my question is what advice would you give to someone new that they don't tell you in the books about long distance investing.  

I have been listening to the pod casts but I will definitely have to check out the money show!

Also planning to start systematically checking out auctions in other counties casting a wider and wider net as I can.I have found at least 4-5 counties which use language similar (or identical as that looks to be pulled straight from the state statutes) to that but then say explicitly that they will be issuing a quitclaim deed to the auction winner upon receipt of payment. 

Is there any etiquette when deciding to cast an up-vote or not? 

Narrowing the focus helps reduce that.On the other side, it's easier for 1 investor or 2 investors (partnership) to cast a wider net and come to a decision quicker.

I have read several real estate investment books, have watched and listened to over 300 hours of videos and pod-casts.

Hi, I'm totally new to the forums but I have been listening to the pod casts for months now and have learned so much. 

The old cast iron oil boilers definitely seem to age better and last longer than the flimsy propane units on the market these days.I don’t like dealing with tanks of any type.

I have found a few, but looking to cast a wider net.

I thought I'd just cast some light on the positives.
