It won’t kill anyone overnight but you don’t want to be sued in 20 years because a tenant happens to get cancer.

@Mark Frattini My first tenant in my first property had a puppy given to her son by a grandmother dying of cancer.

The tenants provided a 5 year lease with absurdly low rent, signed 7 months prior to his death from a long bout of cancer (with live in care).  

My husband is a cancer survivor and he preferred to use something called Orange Guard as he thought it was safer.  

Abatement in and of itself may not be helpful or necessary, but an abatement company will certainly not tell you that ... they'll try to make it could like you'll get cancer just from standing in there.And if you're buying a 4-plex, and you plan on holding it for a while, it may not be as problematic as you think.

For example, you could never sell the assets in the trust and use the cash to pay for your child to have that really expensive experimental cancer treatment he might need.

Cancer, bad car wrecks, etc. if you have no insurance you are bankrupt.

I hate breathing the mist and fumes from Easy Off and feel confident the crap will cause lung cancer. 

I had NEVER had a panic attack until I went through treatment for cancer.

If somebody is a stage 4 cancer patient and wants to try a new medication, why is that person considered a felon if that medication isn't FDA approved?
