I mark the applications down as they come in to keep track of the order in which people applied, and they have to follow up with employment verification, background check, references as well so I can tell who is the most qualified and serious applicant pretty easily.

The only thing in our agreement about marking up bills is that they may add a surcharge on larger projects (several thousand dollars) as a coordination fee.

From direct ACH, last place I thought of checking.I was suspicious though half way, but couldn't find any proof that I was charged $99 every month in his membership area, nor was there a cancel button, and there was barely any content in that area, so I thought I wasn't charged, further maybe I wasn't even a member, and stopped researching.
