To answer to problems with natural gas burners:1.

Unfortunately that is on one of our back burners presently as we do not a forum setup on our site currently.

The tenants I currently have are actually wanting to purchase the house from me, but medical difficulties have put that on a back burner for now.I was thinking of taking out an equity loan from the house, since it's a 15 year loan, and using that to pay off half of what I owe on the townhouse, but I'm not sure if that is a good idea.

At some point you have to put them in the back burner and keep it moving, replacing them with the genuine closers.

Gas forced air, Boiler, Oil burner???

This isn't something I am going to do next week but it allows me to put it on the back burner!

I mean years ago they were hotter than a burner on a stove then the bottom fell out of the market for some reason.  

If you aren't a "big" client for the CPA, you will get put on the back burner.
