I've come across several products online that are basically a block with double-stick tape, but I like the tread idea on the block you have.

Yazoo clay  in a 1 inch block with zero water.. if you take that one inch block and add water it can expand out to 12 inchs by 12 inchs  this is why the pipes burst all over the place in the city of Jackson..

It can be very difficult to understand the Pittsburgh market as rents and values can swing wildly within a few blocks
