If the home is on septic that's a whole other ball of wax to deal with: stuff being put down the drain that shouldn't, septic blockages and repairs, etc.Stay away from mobile homes, stick to sticks and bricks investing.

Many times I have gone to a rental to clean a drain for a landlord and he is sitting there watching and waiting for me to pull the snake out to see what caused the blockage.

When the water is turned off enough pressure builds up past the blockage to provide pressure for just a moment when the faucet is turned on.

In the lease term, I specifically stated: landlord is not responsible for inappropriate use of toilets, and "tenant shall be charged for repair of drain blockages or stoppages, unless caused by defective plumbing parts or tree roots invading sewer lines."

I think there’s an issue with the A/C or maybe a blockage in the ducts because the a/c is running nonstop but won’t cool below 75 degrees (it’s set on 68 with the fan running). its been hard to regulate the temperature in the house for awhile but more intermittently.
