I feel like in today’s day in age there are so many tools for STR operations and I cannot believe there is no integration for a merchant of sale transaction or some kind of financial app/ software that can take the remitted taxes and pay them to the government automatically.

Believe me, Im the first one to admit I made a mistake.

That is a red flag to me but I find it hard to believe that a business with 4.8 stars on so many reviews and A+ BBB rating could be a scam.

Size I believe does matter.

I believed I was putting that hard-earned money into something secure.

Whether it’s true or not doesn’t matter as much as the fact that the industry at large believes it’s true.

I've become a firm believer that it's not just an ability to pay but how you pay.

Show me one business endeavor that doesn't have it's own "gurus" and snake oil salesmen and I will say it's a better endeavor than the real estate business.
