Buyer will be less qualified for the same amount of loan; in plain English, buyers cannot afford the price of the property that he or she is looking at to buy at the higher rate….An educated buyer agent should search more (work harder) to find a similar property for his buyer, it is not a bad idea to search for motivated sellers or short sales.

@Jarrod English I've heard of a few people that have done something like this, generally they just become property managers like @Andrew Linderer said.I don't see any advantage in doing this instead of lease options.

Yep after too many beers he tripped over the cooler & dropped the 3/4 full 5gallon 12 feet to the NOT GREY stamped cement patio.Then before 'she who rules' got home he decided to power wash the paint off the patio into her prized English garden.
