I would just be cautious, as there are some rough neighborhoods in both Akron and Cleveland that seem attractive due to the cash flow but will be money pits after the vandalism and vacancy. 

There’s a big difference between an area that attracts stable tenants and one where you’ll be chasing rent every month.Personally, I’ve built a 12-door portfolio here, and it’s been a mix of cash flow and appreciation.

The customer service/property management hasn't been as proactive as I thought it would be.

Our efficient project management and marketing highlighted the home’s transformation, attracting buyers quickly.

THE attractive feature to me of MHP is renting the lots, not renting homes.   

They changed their policy promptly.It seems to me that some companies could use this as a tactic to scare customers from discussing what they feel to be their version of events. 

@John Voychick I'm so sorry to hear about your experience, it really pains me to hear about people getting subpar treatment and customer service I always listen to people's experiences to make sure that I can prevent these kinds of things from happening to my clients.

Many of my customers who are traveling nurses buy condos or townhomes in Florida as vacation homes, then rent them out when they're not in town.This system has proven to be very lucrative, as it allows them to service the mortgage debt and generate a good cash flow.

This season often poses challenges in attracting tenants.
