@David Barnett I'm a regular attendee of city council meetings so will certainly keep a finger on the pulse.

I was just thinking a nice feature would be to add a badge that says 'BP Conference 2019' attendee to let others know who is planning on attending the Conference? 

I don't sell out of state properties but I have lent on them for 20 years now.. so I have a lot of experience in about 15 markets.. that I will share with the Rarebird attendee's.. etc.so do check out My rarebird.. the folks that run it are very invested in PDX rentals .. you can learn a ton. 

They get an incredible number of attendees.

We usually have around 10 to 20 attendees and there is no fee.

I'd probably start one in Dayton, as you'll get more attendees.

Every seminar and teaching option have attendees that come for so many different reasons that you can't just lump a number on it and have it mean anything. 

There was a wide array of speakers and many high level attendees.  

Thank God another attendee from the seminar enlightened and referred me to BiggerPockets instead. 

The HML meetings typically have 15-20 attendees with a mix of Borrowers and Lenders in attendance.
