I use their payment method and they deposit into my account and it's very simple.

Most who try to replace their W2 income invest in less sustainable investment methods: investing in lower tier neighborhoods that cash flow well in spreadsheets or flipping homes.

With that money - I am using it to invest using the BRRRR method. 

I have often stated there are two ways to make money in Real Estate....The California method and the Texas method (I certainly understand there are many more ways to look at investing but I am OVER simplifying).  

For me, I’ve been testing a few different methods recently, but I’m always looking for new ideas to take my wholesaling game to the next level. 

@Bob Asad I like the individual sub account method escrow account, but there are multiple different ways to hold security deposits and multiple laws in different states.

I don’t know the guy and I almost feel sorry for him… Of course, if he is an imposter then I suppose the OP is on the hunt for frauds.I’ve never invested in a Syndication so my scam alert radar is not as sensitive as someone who has more experience in this method. 

Having them deposit the funds in your account each month is the only other viable method IMO.
