Why wouldn’t you go to court?

I pay attention to local amenities like shops, parks, and restaurants, because they make the area more appealing to tenants.

@Preethi S. why would the PMC give you $4k, especially when they know, as an attorney has already told you, you are unlikely to win in court?

From what I’ve seen in CNBC reports, this strategy appeals to investors who want to diversify without committing large sums upfront.

The judgments have to be looked up manually, because screening software only looks for unlawful detainers and the Virginia court records don’t feed consistently accurate to the other programs.
