I've listened to some analysts break down the top amenities and kitchens rank near the bottom.

You are purchasing assuming market rents (set by the condition, amenities, location, etc. of the property) so agree that a seller would likely question a request for a lower price or their receiving less at closing. 

The building boom certainly creates competition, especially when you’re up against newer complexes with more amenities.

I can only speak to our market here in Columbus, but MTR is in such demand that I don't see this amenity being a must to keep your occupancy high, I'd go with an outlet. 

You can create custom maps to mark areas of interest, track properties you're considering, and note key amenities like schools, shopping centers, and public transport.

If it can be tucked away and brought out then that could be a great amenity.

She/he should be able to provide you with a chart of accounts to choose from, such as Repairs & Maintenance, Supplies and Amenities, etc.

Hes amenable to moving, but I'm sure he's try to get "moving assistance or a waived last months rent" since his original lease doesn't have it in there (I used Bigger Pockets CA lease- maybe I missed it)
