When they did the mold remediation, they removed the particle board walls, which revealed hydrostatic cracks in the basement walls.

The builder had an FHA test done to identify what particles in the water were causing the tests to fail, however that test was done the day before the first passing test was taken.

I've been using the "eurostyle" bowfront vanities with porcelain tops, just wish I could get them in plywood rather than particle carcasses.Lastly the toilets: American Standard Cadet 3, ~$130 at HD.

Rob KShe stuffed plastic sacks into the washing machine tube and it's a small simple house so the disposal will pump the water to the first open unblocked outlet, that being the roof vent in this case and there was food particles on the roof.Jon HoldmanI know my wife already told me a long time ago to remove the disposal and I was just too tired from renovating the place myself at the time to make myself do it.

Someone must have gotten mad and ripped it off.If you have a Surplus Warehouse in your area check out their cabinets, they usually have plywood boxes unlike the big box stores that are usually particle board.
