It would be great if your park is in a town of at least 5,000 or so and within ~ 5 miles of a Super Walmart.  

I'm pretty sure you can buy the rapid test from wal mart. 

(ECRs and REAs) especially if the land is next to a big box like Wal-Mart.

I bought a 6-pack of Terro Liquid Ant Bait ($4.68 at Walmart), and took to him with instructions on where to place. 

For many tenants if they were getting the money (and heaven help them if they did; the landlord would likely never see this but Walmart stock would again increase) it would be an incentive for them to actually DO something.As it is some of these tenants have been sailing along nicely not paying rent (or not paying full rent) and still managing to remain in the rental so why should they put forth this effort?

It is like going into Walmart after they advertise $100 for an AC unit in their weekly ad.

I am so damn anxious when will HEB and other commercial development kick in, dont know why it takes so long just for a grocery outlet to come...Maybe Elon needs to send a nasty email or tweet to HEB CEO and also tag Home Depot, Walmart, Starbucks etc lol....its about time this area catches up to NA

It seems Manor price is lower than other area, but there is only Walmart there which makes not convenient for living 

It is literally walking distance from Wal Mart.
