@Mindy Jensen I really wonder how many visitors the people who live at 123 Test St in Council Bluffs Iowa get per year, my guess is a fair bit. :)

Member directory, bulk emails/SMS, group administration, surveys, visitor stats, custom emails/site domains, but most all capabilities (other than calendars, directory, and custom pages are all under the $25/mo pricing tier. 

Visitors are always welcome. 

@Whitney R. you can do what you want, it's your life, but I'm telling you $50-$100 over your mortgage is not going to cover one plumber visit or one HVAC repair.

For future tenants, do not give your home address if you don't want potential visitors.

Last year, it welcomed 72 million visitors. 

In that value prop, you are conveying the sense of urgency that your ideal visitor should show.

His POV is you have to make a home a dream home with high design touches to get repeat visitors (which I agree).

My recommendation would be to make a unique link to a page that redirects your visitors to whatever page it is you want them to go to and then using tracking software like Google Analytics to see what kinds of traffic are coming from your article(s).

One article I wrote there sends me about 100 visitors a day :) Others though haven't done anything, so it all depends on how you write it I suppose.
