I've honestly learned a lot more from the members of this board than any book or course I've read.From the top of my head, in no particular order:J Scott, Vikram, Wheelhouse, Rich W, MikeOHI also had some educational phone conversations a while back with Tim W, who helped me get through some struggles early on.I guess I've decided it's better to learn from those doing real estate as a career rather than those making a career out of teaching real estate.

i just started a blog...sorry vikram but the info may not be sophisticated enough for you--it will be geared more towards newbies, since i, myself am only 24 and am just a few years into REI...as far as the info i'd like to see, i'd be interesting in reading more on the new EPA laws for rehabbing older properties..
