For contract view it does not have to be that specific, you can have an attorney almost anywhere review a contract.

There are lots of markets to choose from and something closer to home maybe NV or AZ will be easier to manage and view properties.

That's a relationship you should hold close as they could really help with future challenging acquisitions that are viewed less favorably by banks.

Right now the majority of viewing requests I am getting are from potential tenants that have credit issues and eviction filings.   

Does anyone else / anyone else’s tax advisor view it this way?  

We will be adding a day light basement to their Studio House plan to capture views of the lake we are building on.

A small correction on @Brian Burke mentioned about the centralized location, while there's no one place, there're actually multiple places, that offer view and feedback on a variety of syndicators.

In an oversimplified view, revenue of $1,000 and expenses of $1,000 offset to $0 and you made no profit...yet.
