Hey Guys,Do you know if an association will allow an owner (condo paid off) currently rented (good ROI) to swap ownership into an LLC?

May be able to keep that number down by swapping out the existing lights with some LEDs or do a day/night sensor so they aren't on during the day.  

Would be glad to connect and swap war stories sometime!

Here, after meter installation,or one meter swapped out for another,  the utility does an inspection.The problem in NYC is there are too many illegal conversions, and the authorities, utilities, don't want to make it too easy for you. 

Early on I’ll do the swapping but later in life I don’t see me hustling as much.

I texted them that I'm swapping out batteries and he said don't go into my room I'll swap it myself. 

My Google accounts are linked with MS Office so it doesn't matter if I swap it every other week.

Also, going off of what you said, what is the significance in cash-refi your investment property to pay off HELOC (you're effectively just swapping one loan for another).
