If the businesses were a pawn shop and cardio surgery, I would have different LLCs. 

Unfortunately, it took WAAAY longer than expected for me to recover from surgery.

I mean no disrespect to any profession , but I don't go to a barber for brain surgery if you know what I mean. 

He indicated they use sealed/epoxied concrete in the kennel areas and a polymer/cement floor (applied as a liquid so there are no seams) in the surgery. 

Now if your income is declining from year to year you better have a good reason like having a baby or surgery or something major like that.

so it begins....i could foresee the future with this one right from the moment i stepped off the truck to see the house for the first time 2 months ago.the "tenants" have been dropping hints of "cancer, surgery, toddler issues, paychecks, etc" and finally didn't pay rent for the month of July.

1) I think my wife would bludgeon me with a dull object if I publicly talked about her wanting "cosmetic" surgery.

I suffered a hand injury this summer and recently had surgery on it and have been a little out of action. 

so, couple months ago i settled multiple unsecured credit cards and now finally they are reporting as closed (by the consumer) and settled (for the amount agreed; a few say for less than the full amount, though).my fico/credit score is still terrible, low, though, at 528. last year, it was in the 700s but then i splurged at home depot and realized i may as well just default on all those credit cards and let them go to collections cuz i heard they settle for around half. besides i was going 'blind' (severe postcapsularhaze) for some time after a traumatic head-on injury and even after eye surgery in both eyes so my credit score was the least of my concerns.anyways i'm wondering now that i do not have nor will i open any new lines of credit (no more credit cards, no more cell phone contracts, no mortgage, no auto loan, etc) indefinitely, how long might it take for my credit as far as 'score' to be back up to qualifying say for an FHA?
