This isn't one of them, but it's a nice device.It will certainly decrease the amount of work I have to do to find deals, evaluate them and submit offers, though I'm going to have to develop my own apps to accomplish that (basically integrating MLS searches, mapping/routing, analysis, contract creation, and contract submission into a single app).If I can build what I what I envision it will probably shave 30% off the time I spend finding deals.

The graphic layout of the loan submission page needs improvement and a page in which the reader is able to fill in the information and click "submit" would have a much better response.There really is nothing there that separates your company from every other mortgage broker offering commercial services.
