If you own (2) properties free and clear you could simply do a cash out refinance. 

You simply stack and bolt together the rings to the height you want.

If you can’t explain something simply, you either don’t understand it yourself or have a self-interest in the obfuscation.

You can simply list it as a $300k sale and list Seller Finance as one of the financing options in the MLS.

Where as realtor simply dont..

Social media profiles, how many properties people have owned, and what they accomplished were simply lies to get people to invest with them or get new people to raise money for them.

geesh people have to catch a clue this is simply not realistic , or real or anywhere close to that.. if they did all that why would they split profits.. .they would just do it all themselves and not need to sell a service..

On Zillow, we simply call it #A with the same address.

If you are using a loan, well there is simply no inventory in Cleveland.

I think it’s a more recent consideration (maybe in the past decade or so based on my digging / anecdotal feedback) and perhaps some of you that have been in the business longer and simply renewing old policies may be getting a pass.
