How do you structure your payouts (e.g., set salary, percentage of profits, or other methods)?

It's less about the time it takes me to conduct a transaction this way, and more about automating the process for myself and creating structure and organization for tracking purposes. 

Need some advice on the best way to structure this deal that's fair and beneficial for a 3 person LLC/partnership agreement. 

Positives are proximity, low property taxes, no income taxes, no weather events, very low maintenance stucco/tile structures, “young” properties (5-20 years old) 

This amounts to lost opportunity because if you had purchased RE, at the closing it can start producing return. 5) ADUs detract from the existing structure whether this is privacy, a garage, or just yard space. 6) this is related to number 1, but there are many more buyers looking to purchase homes for their family than there are RE investors looking to purchase small unit count properties.

Create a bonus structure that gets those managers pumped to perform.

If the interest rate is still a barrier, you could explore adjusting your deal structure or negotiating with the seller to see if there is any flexibility on the price or terms to make the deal more attractive for buyers.Overall, while the interest rate may make it more challenging, it’s not impossible to work through.
