I alerted “abuse at meetup dot com” as soon as I received the email and after I checked “Michael Treat Larry”s profile and some of his Meetup groups.Jay, I qualified my original post since I respected Joe Splitrock’s (moderator’s) sage advice.Note: In Canada one can get approximate mortgage rates of 3 or 3.5%.

If a tenant told me this, I'd send him links to many articles on burning sage in the home to clear it, supposedly an old Native American way to cleanse your home of bad spirits - problem solved.
