Would love to see the promote structure on their end.

There’s no entitled nonsense the state of California promotes.

I would not go to Mexico for free with all that crime and gangs.I found I can be interviewed on 10 different podcasts shows from the comfort of my house and they do all the editing and promoting the episode to their followers.

I have WPB properties and use diff people for each time, don't seek this core 4 ******** that's promoted.

Were they all new or you were still on the promotional rate?

Forums like these tend to open the flood gates for real estate agents to promote the cities where they sell.

The sponsor's largest source of revenue is in the promote, which in most cases isn't realized until the sale. 

However this forum is not for self promotion. 

Search 'pm horror stories' with one hand while your other pumps up and promotes getting one.

This was despite my explaining that I would be making a cash purchase and already owned residential rentals in the area.Eventually, I found one or two agents who were enthusiastic to work with me although not after first promoting their own noncompetitive pocket listings.
