Unlike the tax sales, there is not a sheriff presiding. 

I explain the problem as this analogy:The fed, President and congress blew up a twenty foot inflationary Ballon.

Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis President said if economic indicators remain strong he could see not doing cuts at all.

Now to rates, the Fed is supposedly independent of the President, but there might be some slight influence.

Its all done over zoom, presided by a hearing officer and some pent up attorney from the DA’s office with an axe to grind or maybe hes been incentivized in other ways.

Some sellers haven't filled tax's since Gerald Ford was president, other do it via receipts in a shoe box, some just make up numbers, some have an accountant, it's literally all over the board as is every aspect of small MFH investments, the only standard is there is no standard.
