While this review appears comprehensive and objective at first glance, I see a concerning pattern.Looking through William Ferr's posting history on BiggerPockets, there's an unmistakable pattern of consistently promoting Jonathan Halves and his training course The Land Method and his Land Riches Blueprint, while criticizing other educators.

My opinion is that these Class C properties are better for locals who are on site and can check on the properties and do some of their own repairs.

My name is Rebecca and my husband, Nick Knox III and I have run Captain Save a Home LLC, Brew City REI Club, Brew City REI Training Cafe and Wisconsin Contractor and Handyman Club based out of Milwaukee, WI for over a decade.

The course has broken website links, broken video links, and there was very little to no actual teaching going on between the student and instructor unless you would be willing to pay even more for that 1-on-1 training.

But he had security on site during rehab taking ID's etc.. he determined a lot of the theft was from the workers who knew exactly what was installed during the day and stolen at night.. 

Overall, the City of Montgomery is highly focused on attracting large companies to its' vastly diverse and well trained workforce.

I went through the training module and didn't see that as a submittable claim, but it's a good question - I'll have to ask my rep about that.  

@Don Konipol  Don talk about a book on this subject by I think its Jimmy Napier which was written years ago But Don says its the bible I personally have not read it As I got my education working for a HML in Oakland CA and got on the job training as it where .He was a legend and I was very fortunate to find my way to his company and then eventually end up running it.

I saw someone post in a group who I think is a schmuck brag about hitting a specific figure for their training and I just shook my head - like wow - this person is a great sales person and just steals the same lines from the business book about working hard and throwing out some slick slogans - but man oh man - when real estate gets hard people move to being a guru - just look at FB ads right now - many are not funds anymore but how to raise money, how to do X.

Their training and data analysis does seem systematic and likely to yield good results based on my hour-long call.
