Ever since the COVID, the price for single family houses has skyrocketed in my part of town (Montreal).

Looking for investors in the Montreal area or the province of Quebec.

Hey everyone just looking for advice I'm in Montreal Quebec and am having issues with my tenants refusing the rent increase because they renovated my property without my authorization nor me even knowing and they feel they can refuse my rent increase because they feel they payed for the renovations that I should be thankful and they won't be accepted any rent increases and are refusing to speak with us.

I am currently a student at McGill University in Montreal, which is a pretty good school, but I am learning about international development, which has nothing to do with RE, RE development, business, etc..., it pretty much just teaches me about why development theories are/aren't working in poorer countries.

Anybody here investing in Montreal?
