Hi @DeWitt Gibson, I've just started to learn about wholesaling and stumbled across this thread re: condos.

I recently found out an apartment building is going up across the street with rents that are starting $300 higher than ours. 

I have had a rough time finding a good realtor in the past but have recently found a great one. 

I've just been so busy to have time to stop and dig in on here.

<--- all of this is very academic coming from me because I've not had a bad tenants, I've just studied a lot about landlords in Ontario who have and made sure I didn't do what they did (non-professional, emotional, giving leeway and chances, not doing proper tenant screening, not setting expectations).

I'm flipping a house currently (I'm pretty new to the profession), and I just recently found out that the old floor tiles are almost definitely asbestos tiles.

i recently found a property that is an old farm house that sits in a good bit of land but it isnt used as a farm any more and also located on the property is a large 20 dog kennel building that the owners have been useing as an animal shelter so i was wondering if it would be a possible to get a grand to buy the land?
