Over that time we have acquired 4 properties, 6 doors. 

As of today I own 13 doors; 3 of them UD student rentals and the rest in Wilmington.

I'm calling for final on a converted garage next week.

Garage parking, full privacy fence, and second living area or bonus room would all be needed to get on the higher end of that range.

Something with more doors and more potential.

We have been in real estate for over 15 years, on the rental side we have owned up to 50 doors.

I was aware of the egress requirement, but was not considering the door size or ceiling heights.
