I wouldn't imaging the state where the entity is registered makes a big difference for most buying and selling purposes as long as you can provide all of the required documents for title purposes.

Just curious do you find that accessing county records online through the county clerk website works just as well as going in person?

@Scott Cash Hopefully you have an exit clause in your LLC documents that lays out what will happen if one or more members wants to exit the deal.
