My team and I are actually hosting one this week in the Bellevue area.

But as soon as you make a direct booking site and start an escrow account (among other things) you then cross that legal boundary between a co-host and a property manager needing a broker license (depending on your state).We CO-HOST for others and remain separated from those legal parameters that would consider us a property manager.

From there stands a host of options one could take. 

I know some hosts have a "forgotten" basket in bathrooms, that has all the common items guests might forget to pack yet use every day.

Like many MTR hosts, I feel like it's a big risk to list my properties on Airbnb for longer stays.

STR even more than LTR are management intensive and the host can make or break the ROI. 

It makes sense for Airbnb/VRBO's algorithm to shoot new listings to the top of the search ranks to "reward" new hosts for coming on the platform.

In the last 3 years, I've worked with over 650+ new Hosts.

We have had hosts on the platform since then that are continuing to do well and add units.
