I'm more on choosing higher effort strategies (MTR and STR) to make sure that I get some cashflow on high quality properties.

If they don't contact us within 10 days, we can change the locks and take possession.And, of course, if you choose you can file for collections on them.

In all major cities, especially ones with a higher crime index, unless you study the market and know it, I would never rely on someone else to choose a block.
