I see your from Brooklyn, is the property located there as well or do you invest outside of NYC?

I was born and raised on the island and lived in Brooklyn and north Jersey before moving upstate.  

Hi BG Family,I'm seeking your help and guidance  in finding a Title company/Attorney who's Investor friendly in Brooklyn, Ny or New York, Ny.Im pretty sure you guys have the knowledge and recommendations.

I currently line in Brooklyn so I get the whole “high cost of living” explanation.

This is my first post, and I'm hoping some member with more experience than me will weigh in : )My husband and I house hacked in Brooklyn (I didn't even know what that was until I found BiggerPockets, but we did it). 

Unfortunately for em live in the overpriced (and still rising) Brooklyn NY.  

Today i will visit the County Clerks office to get leads. Does anyone have Any other ideas on how i can generate more leads using solely my hustle?

Hello All - N00b here, just moved to Greenwich, CT from Brooklyn, NYC. 

I also appraise real estate in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

That led into the next 6 more, all in Brooklyn, NYC.Fast forward to today, I'm millions richer than all the friends and family that didn't want to unclog toilets in the middle of the night.AND to this DAY, I have never had to unclog even ONE toilet!
