If you have the evidence that there's real damage to the unit you didn't see before you returned the deposit, try contacting the former tenant first with said evidence to work it out.

I can't find any evidence that would save money or pay off your loan faster. 

Retain all copies of documents you got from them as evidence. 

If you produce plausable evidence of what your claiming you definatly got a case i'm so sick and tired of the disregard for the constitution and the  disregard of basic human rights.

The evidence is there because the door frames and jambs are all busted.I'd like to setup security cameras at the entry doors and also covering the parking lot.  

If you told him you have been playing pickup games for the past year and need help improving your jump shot, now he has evidence you're motivated and a specific goal he can quickly help you work towards.

I was following this thread hoping to see someone who had at some experience with them, but I haven't seen any solid evidence of them being "good or bad."
