I think we all agree madmen with a gun is a bad thing, I'm not as worried about madmen with a rubber hose or sane men with a gun.

I have sold over 300 homes in the last 2 years and these 2 men are the only folks who feel they have been short shifted.

In addition, service calls are rarely triaged before 3 Maytag men are called out, all with separate trip charges.
