I find that men are just as valuable as women ;)  I don't think it will go too well in this industry.

As a woman owner who manages my own properties, I will never rent to anyone who has committed a crime against a women or children for my own safety. 

My business partners (Steph & Richelle) and I recently started a women's investment group in Austin and have had 3 meetups already and would love to grow the group!

Have a group of women investors who are interested too

Their loan manager at Horsham is a older women with a vaguely British accent she was awesome. and there rates are pretty good for lending and you can get VA home loans done completely onsite which is a plus.

(obviously I mean "bad" debt here.)I'd like to hear from the women too, because it seems (so far) that it's the men who are the stupid ones!

Someone posted that they use extra long King beds, too, to embrace those extra tall people who struggle to find a comfortable place to sleep.  

Also, I run both a women's investment group as well as a "New to North Idaho"  group in Coeur d'Alene if you're interested in either! 

The latter was a hard concept for me to embrace when I was starting, but now always try to look to others who have been there before...

I would advise you to do all males or all women, no mixing men and women.
